Poor Workmanship and refusal to fix

We had a 6mm glass cut for an antique consol which is a present for mom in kzn. The glass was cut scew on the left side and when I called the owner about it he told me that he is closing and I can bring it back in 2018. I said it's a gift and how am I supposed to get it back to Jhb in the new year. I asked him a if he was going to just leave me with poor workmanship at which point he lost his temper and told me he refuses to fix it and that's it and slammed the phone in my ear. I would not advise people to use Vale Glass!!
