disgusting service / customer service

<p>Myself and my husband bought wedding rings at the store , whilst explaining to sales consultants about my finger size (very small) and my husband explaining that no shop can help with a beautiful ring , they insisted their rings are guaranteed the best quality. Within less than a month the ring broke , we took it back and they advised we should pay , even though were were not happy about this we paid but 2days after fetching the ring the stones poped out and we then had to take it back. I advised I would not pay again as it was not my fault that the stones are popping out they then replaced it again and we went back again the third time!</p> <p> they are now stating they told us in the beginning that the stones would pop out, I was told at all major jewelers that if they made a ring they could not garentee the stones would still but they garenteed it would not! now going back on their word .</p> <p>was very disguested by the customer service given and service is appalling i would not recomend them to any one wanting to purchase quality a their rings do not even last a week.</p>
