REFUSAL OF DELIVERY OR REFUND

Good day<br> <br> I bought a generator from valan international charter company... R36 000... She told me to pay 50% deposit and 50% on delivery... After payment she came with the CEO says it must be paid in full because of distance and stock availability so to reduce time loss I paid... Then she came with the account holder is out of country she cant get hold of him to get funds so I must pay R10 000 and when he returns NEXT Year I will be refunded... After battle she brought it down to R5000 and refuse to pay me back or deliver unless I pay R5000... Is this a ****??? or are the company just messed up!<br> <br> Please advise and help<br> <br> Yours sincerely
