Val D'or disappointment

Booked via Booikng.com and the photos and reviews were all great. When I arrived at the premises the room showed to us was in a terrible condition and not habitable. Spoke to the manager and requested assistance but no assistance was offered. The senior person was in a meeting and not available to assist. We booked another place via Booking.com which was cheaper and in a much better condition. I have continously requested a refund to no avail.
