Unprofessional service

Unprofessional service. We booked at Dikhololo resort through Mr Essack for the Easter weekend and paid R5900 but due to lockdown it had to be postponed. We made several requests to Mr Essack to accommodate each other due the unforeseen lockdown but to no avail. He has been advertising a weekend for this weekend of the 25th of September on his page and on social media for the value of R4500 we requested to book the weekend whereby he agreed only to get a confirmation letter stating the weekend he booked is for the 9th of October which he advertised for R 3500. We requested clarify in this regard as it is unacceptable to me whereby Mr Essack responded with the following “ Het ek lockdown in die wêreld lat bring????

Hkm moan geen van my ander kliënte wat 7999 betaal het ook vir die 10 tot 13 Maart maar hulle aanvaar ander datums met die selfde betaling selfde bedrag

Kla by Ramaphosa oor die pas naweek hkm het hy dit lat gebeur!!!!“ I want my monies refunded which he also refused.
