Well I stay in Gaborone, Botswana. I own a Audi Q5 2009 model which had an engine problem and it couldn't start. I worked with 2 local mechanics who really couldn't get to the root cause of problem after spending on buying parts. Then i decided to contact Vag Spec for assistance and they didn't hesitate to answer the call. I shipped the car to Zeerust to be attended, i was worried that the car will need a new engine. Upon diagnosing they noticed that a engine needed a Recon which is cheaper option that a new engine which was going to require programming too and also upon inspection they found out that the front suspension needed replacing and steering rack had a oil leak. This were all attended and I'm happy for the work made. Every step of the way I was always updated. Lesson learnt is that Let the professionals do their job and you won't regret
