I took my car with engine problem that I had for quite a long time. firstly their process of tackling the problem was very professional and easy to follow. the did a diagnostics on the engine the turbo and other auxi****y components and the technical report was very comprehensive and gave assurance that the car will be sorted. the reception personnel are also very friendly and welcoming and they keep the customer updated on progress and always seek approval to move to the next stage of solving the problem. I do feel like a part of the family and will recommend VAG spec to anyone with issues with their German mission
