I came to Vag Spec 2 times and I found specialists to be very professional in their day-to-day duties. Last year I came for service and allowed them to diagnose my car without informing them about the problems on my car and they managed to identify the problems. They then allowed me to find time and visit them for repair if budget permits. I am currently planning to visit the place very soon.
