Despicable treatment by owner

Utterly despicable owner accosted me for parking in her apparent parking spot. Nowhere is the parking marked as reserved - not on the tar, pavement or wall; yet she parked right behind me, preventing me being able to leave. The security guard said he would get the lady to move her car; yet the whole time en route to move her car, she was reprimanding the car guards, blaming them for “allowing me to park in her parking”. When I asked why she had parked me in, she yelled saying it was HER parking and “who did I think I was parking there”? When I defended myself explaining there is no sign showing that it is a reserved parking, she continued to accost me and call me “inhuman for parking in her spot”. Wonderful customer service, after I had just taken my daughter to her ice cream spot for a treat. If her parking spot is more important than her customers, she should at least get it sign-posted.
