I've been using Vacayvibez since 2022. Thurayya is absolutely awesome. Always willing to assist even during their busy periods, they at least acknowledge a message and provide feedback when they say they will. Work gets hectic, and most times its last minute bookings or difficult peak season complex bookings. Always willing to assist and get me the best rate where possible. So professional and dont over promise. So I can trust if they say 2 star vs 4 star even if some properties are not formally graded but have the amenities. I know I can get the bookings directly, but the above par service and guaranteed customer service delivery to manage my expectations every time and all the time is what keeps me using their service.
