*0/5 Stars - Avoid This Agency at All Costs!*

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay far, far away from Vacations SA. My experience with them was an unmitigated disaster, and I'm convinced that they're more interested in separating you from your money than providing legitimate travel services.

From the outset, the management was organised and responsive. I booked a trip weeks in advance. We then arrived on the 16th of December, we arrived sunset and searched for 2 hours, asked four security companies including the agency we booked with, emails went unanswered, phone calls were ignored, and when I finally managed to get someone on the line, they told us they double booked us. This was now nearing 9 PM

But that was just the beginning. 17th of December, we were told to come to crocodile bridge but we’ve been eating for at least an hour in this scorching heat.

It became clear that they were more interested in keeping my money than providing a satisfactory experience.

I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with Vacations SA. A quick online search reveals a pattern of complaints and negative reviews. It's clear that this agency is not to be trusted.

Beware! They have a TikTok account that advertises these houses/travel packages

*Avoid Vacations SA at all costs.* They're not a legitimate travel agency, and they'll do nothing but cause you stress and financial loss. Take your business (and your hard-earned money) elsewhere.
