Worst vacation club

I cancelled my membership last year june my membership no is 999816 to this day they haven't canceled it they are busy telling me they didn't receive email. I emailed to the wrong person I want out of this company I want nothing to do with them now they are saying I owe over R8000, u dont want to cancel my membership so they better pay for it it's a big ****
