**** be careful of Vac Zone

I saw an advert on Facebook saying: "We can write you up in the comfort of your own home and we'll give you a 2 day complimentary free. I called VacZone, wanting to subscribe to their holiday offer but also queried about the 2 day complimentary. When spoke to a consultant, i was told that that advert was discontinued. So what does it still do on Facebook on the 8th of January 2018? Well, then another excuse, sorry mam, this advert was only for Johannesburg. no where does it say any area? I read a few ugly comments of Vac Zone on FB and i truely believe that people must not bother with this people. I dealt with Sharlene, and she told me that she will arrange someone to come and see me over this past week, well, we on Friday and no one has pitched. What are they trying? No Sharlene, i trusted you but now i am going to spread my wings on different social media to tell them about your promised and dont delvier. Even yesterday Sharlene dropped a message on FB saying, we are still busy sorting it out. Why commit yourself by saying someone will be coming to me this week? We are at the end of this week and no one has called me. This is very poor service and i am ever so sorry that i made contact with Vac Zone. Just go look on FB the comments, negative ones.
