<p>My name is Petunia Tlhapane. In march I received a call from a lady called Nosipho Xoliswa Mthuli on behalf of VACATION ZONE offering me a holiday voucher 5 days 4 nights at a cost of R1000. I made a payment and was due to check in on the 12th June to 16th Jun at Magalies park and a GUEST certificate was sent from FLEXI CLUB 'please see attached' .Due to personal reasons could not check and I sent an email 8 days prior to the check in. I followed the cancellation process as per rules on the certificate. Days later I called Magalies park and was informed the booking is not cancelled because VACATION ZONE was suppose to send a communication to them. I called VACATION ZONE a week ago and spoke to Andile Hlongwane which I believe is the supervisor and she informed me that there is no cancellation, no refund which was not disclosed to me. I then asked her to atleast re-book me for another date, she said she will get back to me and I am still waiting for her even sent an email on Thursday still no response. I was willing to settle for a re-book but due to the service I want my money back. Please assist</p>
