misleading

I was called by an agent from vacation zone who wanted to book an appointment to meet with me and my partner and the consultant promised to give us a two day holiday voucher even though we dont take any product. We then made an appointment with a consultant names Chris he came to meet with us my partner had to cancel his appointments to meet up with Chris he explained the different products and we said we need time to think about it. He then told us that he travelled from far and his only gonna give us 5min to think about it. That was so rude and unprofessional comming from someone who is trying to sell a product to us. Nothing was mentioned about the voucher and ever since we did not hear anything from them. I called then afew days ago to enquire I was told that the supervisor will contact me but never did. I am highly dissapointed with their level of service and how they manipulative they were towards potential customers.
