Cancellation of Business with Vacation Zone

I signed up on the 28th of Dec 2018 When i went to their site i didn't find it user friendly at all, i massaged them to tell them that am unable to use their site and i wanted to CANCEL my subscription but they never responded, i emailed the still no response, then i went to my bank to make a new card cos they have my card details with them for monthly payments, today 28/01/2019 they took their monthly payment but they dont care about ny feelings, I WANT TO CANCEL ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AS IN NOW ?
