Beware of Vacation Zone/Flexiclub

I signed up with Vacation Zone at Club Mykanos in Langbank on 17.03.19 subsequent to signing up I reconsidered the deal and opted to cancel (there's a cooling off period). On the 19.03.19 I wrote to them (the branch I signed at and head office) to cancel, but received no response. I then called and spoke to Irene who said to send an email to ********** and ********** stating that i would get am email receipt notification but hese emails bounced. I then sent an email to ********** and no response has been received. They seem to be winding down the clock so my cooling off period runs out. This service had been terrible honestly. They were so keen to sign me up and now no one knows where I should cancel.
