2-4-1 Dining doesn't work - no response on my communications

I went for a meal @ one of the affiliated restaurants and used my Zapper. I registered on the site and it was "added" or I was informed that I can use this restaurant. But I have not received a refund or rebate. So I need to know what needs to be done for this?
