WHERE IS THE MONEY AND MONEY VRS - WHILE WE WAIT

I paid VRS in full in October 2020 for the transfer of a timeshare unit into my name....the feedback in November was "354N8 – transfer is with the Finalization Department – once I receive same back I will be sending you confirmation thereof"......in January the feedback is exactly the same....."Kindly note that the transfer is currently still with the Finalization Department. Once I receive same back from them I will be sending you confirmation thereof." These people are useless to say the least....no feedback unless you ask.... no service whatsoever.....pathetic....
