VRS - contract calcellation

I know that writing this review is a total waste of time as no response will be made. An update to my original contract was made prior to the covid lockdown - this was due to an error on the VRS team putting me onto an incorrect chalet combination. Due to covid my financial condition changed dramatically but I was able to fulfill my monetary obligations to VRS until late in 2022. Once I finally managed to get hold of someone I was flabbergasted to learn that it made no difference that you were unemployed with little to no income, VRS wanted a full years monies for a cancellation to the contract. I would not recommend VRS nor any of the other Timeshare companies if this is how they conduct business.
