Vacation Recreational Services (VRS) - Contract Cancellation

Goodday, I have belonged to VRS for over 20 years. I paid my fees and sometimes even paid my whole year. During Covid things got real bad and I did try to uphold payments but in October 2022 I let them know that I cant afford this anymore and must cancel before the new year payments start. Sad to say I was told I must cancel a year ahead. They don't care if you job has been cut or if you are unemployed or struggling! VRS wanted a full years monies for a cancellation to the contract. They also said it is a lifetime membership, that is impossible. You cannot have a lifetime membership and must be renewed every year or maks 2 years which they as VRS and QVC doesn't do. They start to victimize you as a member and threaten you with ongoing bills, legal actions and penalties of once of fees.

I would not recommend VRS nor any of the other Timeshare companies if this is how they conduct business. Obviously they don't care about you as a client but only the money you bring in.
