Timeshare is a rusty handcuff

Buy a timehare unit or points. Timeshare works for a few years. Points seldom work. I am 65 and since an accident in 2004, I cannot drive. I wanted to sell my timeshare. VRS recommended that I contact ACI and QVC to assist me to sell the unit. VRS, ACI and QVC are all owned by Univision. Both ACI and QVC offered to buy my unit for half the annual levy but the levy had to paid in advance. Effectively, I was paying them half the annual levy to give them my timeshare.
