Shady business

My debit order date are 25th. Friday, 25 October 2019 the debit order rejected (I am investigating why as there were funds and the other vrs debit order was successful). Nevertheless, by the Monday, 28th I am already handed over to debt collectors adding on another R65 to the account. Where is the fairness in this process. I cant help to wonder if this is not another family owned business gaining from this process? Just seems odd.
