It is unbelievable that every time you call VRS for a booking on your points there is never space but yet you pay for something you can never use this is such a **** we constantly call and not once do we get any space available then they put you on a waiting list and still no feedback.

They are very quick to debit your account but yet there is never any space available at any of the resorts what is the point in have this VRS is just ******** us and ripping us off.
