Refund of sale of Crystal Springs Resort Mapumalan

Bought time share, the resort was supposed to be auctioned off in 2005, postponed to 2010 and then again 2015. The resort was sold by public auction in Jan 2014 for about Rm 56. Up until today no progress or payment as pro-rata investment. I was told my time share was worth R 12 800,00 but I was told last year at the resort that I would only be getting R 1 200,00. I have inquired about my money, been told auditors are checking but the payment of the resort has already been finalized. I further indicated that my amount should be earning interest and that I expect to be paid that interest. The money is lying on someones account but definitely not mine!
