MEMBERSHIP 00578 Anna Catharina Spies

I am being billed twice - Our membership nr is 00578 - Anna Catharina Spies - The debit order is being deducted from my account - as well as my son. I wrote numerous emails to VRS - requesting them to stop deducting from my account and just deduct from my son's account - every time - they still deduct the debit order through my account as well as my son's account for the same membership nr 00578. Emails does not help - They just go ahead and deduct. I am fedup - please bring your house in order - and give me some one that can talk my language Afrikaans - because the call centre agent does not understand me if I call - the lady answering the emails does not understand my request - seems that they do not want to understand.
