ESTATE LATE

After numerous correspondence with VRS and sending them a medical report with a death certificate for our mother, they now insist on a letter from her oncologist (cancer specialist) giving a cause of death. They have been inconsiderate, uncooperative and just blatantly unprofessional regarding the whole situation. They obviously have no respect or work ethic! Why her cause of death, although logical, has any effect on the fact that she is dead and will no longer be having vacations I cannot comprehend!!!!!
