I wanted to cancel my profolio with vrs do you know what they told me. We must pay R2000, 000 for a cancellation fee then they will cancel it. It's the first time I hear about it everything was paid up only the levy fees for to go on holiday i try to cancel it the last 3 years nobody told me anything that I must pay that. I was shocked I told the lady where must I get that kind of money we are on pension i don't gave money and we not going to pay for it we read in a newspaper nobody can force you to keep your points and you xan cancel it at any time
