I would like to say big up to VRS and more especially Michelle, my apologies if I spelled your name in correctly Michelle. Last year I received a voucher from Oneyeargift. On the 4th of February 2019 I made a booking for my family to go to Crystal Springs for a weekend. I had a problem that nearly led to canceling the trip because of something I overlooked. In short, I want to say to Michelle from VRS thank you for all your effort and thank you for making sure that our trip is a success. To VRS management, please pass my greatest gratitude to your employee who was so helpful and I felt it would be ******** of me not to say thank you to VRS and in particular Michelle.
