Bad service

We booked at Ngwenya lodge, and asked for a 3 bedroom ground floor unit, as we had a 94 year old in a wheelchair, a 67 year old lung cancer sufferer, unable to walk far or climb stairs and hip replacement patient. When we arrived at Ngwenya lodge, we were given a top floor unit, with terrible stairs. Ngwenya gave us a 2 bedroom ground floor unit, where we had to use a sleeper couch. They tried to get hold of VRS for assistance, but to no avail VRS is the worse company I have the displeasure of having any contacts with. Close your doors you suck
