Vacasa SA false advertising

Booked Seeberg Cottage B Herm**** via them. They had their office address as the location and upon my enquiry and after I paid the deposit refused to give me the actual address until payment was made in full. The online pictures provided for a private pool view but upon our arrival the cottage was at the back of the property facing a vibracrete wall. They also omitted to inform us that the owners occupy a flatlet in the centre of the cottage and would be in occupation during our stay.
