VACASA clueless about their role in the timeshare industry

I reported the First Resorts timeshare management Company to VACASA for attempting to sell my timeshare without my permission a month before I was going to use it. They did not consider this to be ********** behaviour and tried to cover for their member. These people are supposed to ensure that their members behave ethically in the interest of timeshare owners but clearly are more interested in the money they receive from their members than whether they behave professionally.
