Wonderful Service

My husband and I moved to England in May this year. We lived in Centurion and with the property market being a bit slow, we had to leave while the house was still not sold. We don't have any family left in South Africa and did not want to burden our friends with looking after the house but we needed somebody to take care of it. We were worried about vandalism because it became a problem in the Centurion area. A friend who also immigrated referred us to Vacant Home Management. We appointed them to look after the house. Their rates are very reasonable and they offer a range of services. They visited the house twice weekly, checked that everything was OK, tested the alarm system, installed a night-light switch system, emptied the mail box, checked the irrigation system and maintained the pool and garden. They also cancelled our Telkom and municipal accounts and opened the house for estate agents when they brought over people to look at the house. The house was sold within 2 months and I am sure that the fact that the property was well maintained was a great contributor to this quick process. We can really recommend them.
