We are originally from Pretoria North in South Africa but moved to New Zealand recently. When we left, our house was still in the market and we anxiously left it vacant while waiting for it to be sold. We were constantly worried about the house being left without anybody to look after it. We were worried that somebody may break in and strip it down or even vandalise it or worst still simply occupy it. We found Vacant Home Management online. They are based in Centurion and they look after vacant houses like ours. They visited the house every week, inspected everything, removed the mail and emailed it to us, maintained the garden and the swimming pool and basically kept everything in place until the house was sold. We were very happy with their services. Their reports were emailed to us every week and had pictures of everything so we new that everything was fine. They cleaned the house when estate agents brought buyers to look at the house and kept us in the loop on everything. Their rates are very reasonable and they are very reliable. We can definitely recommend them to other home owners.
