Inhumanity

This is my last choice, No satisfaction on Phones or emails... My daughter studies her 2nd yr BCOM LAW with your institiution, however was unssuccessful with the Module-Accounting in her 1st year. When she registered for her 2 nd year, she was given the option for "SUMMER SCHOOL" which will give her another shot at Accounting, we opted for this option. She attended classess and prepared her self for the exam on the 06/02/2020. She travels daily from the EAST of Gauteng to get to school, dreadful experiences on the Highways including Loudshedding in and surrounding Areas of Sandton that morning, as a result she was late and denied the opportunity to write. She app**** for SUPP , which was declined this morning. My ask is not a Refund , but HUMANITY and an opportunity to write.
