Poor customer service

Bad customer service - no beforehand pro and cons about the product you choose which lead to great dissapointment. No choices/samples was set before us to choose from like handles, which let to small aliminum strips for drawer handles. Poor service delivery within set time frames. Some products was send back to redo. Will not recommend to anybody although we did choose them due to previous satisfied clients. Previous clients today agree unfortunately that their level of service is dissappionted
