Worst BMW Dealership

My car is still under motor plan. Due to a mishap on their side I needed to pay for a service done on my car that is covered by the motor plan. I was promised to be refunded as soon as the paper work was sorted out. The incident took place more than a month ago. It has been one empty promise on another. By far the worst BMW dealership in Gauteng!!!!
