Terrible service

Called the bmw dealer early in the morning, receptionist answer and said she will take my details and give it to one of the sales people after no response called them the 2nd time as I am interested in buying a brand new bmw m4, she put me through to a guy named Thabo who weren't helpfull doesn't even know their products but he want to sell cars, when asked to please get assisted by someone else he get rude and tell me there is nobody else to help me. No wonder everybody tell me to go and buy in Jhb because with service this poor I can't even understand how the still manage to sell anything. Maybe it is time Bmw get their people up to standard.
