To state the facts regarding this transaction, this purchase was a private purchase and was only facilitated by Vaalridge Auto on behalf of seller and purchaser. The R5000 is an administration fee for the dealership having to the finance application and FAIS and FICA documentation, as well as delivery documents together with license and registration. This has been done and we have e-mailed and whatsapped the client on numerous occasions to obtain the physical address for delivery of number plates and license, but have not been answered. We are still in possession of the license and registration plates, and will gladly deliver to the client. The R5000 is therefore not refundable, as we as the dealer have carried out the necessary tasks pertaining to the deal.
