No feedback from sales person after purchase

After having purchased a vehicle from Vaalridge auto in June, I have tried on multiple occasions tried to find out where my license and number plates are(for which I paid for) When I had to follow up 3 months later after hearing nothing from them, I was told the person facilitating the deal had left the dealership. <br> <br> On numerous occasions I asked for the rep that helped me during the sale to EMAIL ME AS I'M WORKING NIGHT SHIFT the entire month, she failed to do so. I also was told I had to pay a \person to person cost"of R5000 <br> <br> Why would I need to pay that if I bought the car at a dealership? to this day I have yet to receive an email or call from the sales person to explain to me what the situation is"
