disappointing service

I have service my BMW 330 D E46 in September 2017 and had a request to check the window washer that have a water leak on the system. I had taken the car back for the same leak 3 times and every time had to travel from Sasolburg to Vereeniging for the so called repair. evetime they told me the leak is been repaired and after a week that the car is been used the warning light indicate that the level in the washer is empty without using this. have reported to the Manager (Ray) and the workshop manager as well as to Neville and requested a curtisy car when car car been taken back for repairs, all been promises from them as a month have passed and still no car been available. Not even a phone call from these people to arrange for the repairs. all the cost of travelling is not even considdered, IT SEEMS BMW IS ONLY PROMISES COMPANY NO ACTIONS
