Damaged vehicle

We bought a New 320i M sport on the 19th January 2015 at Vaalridge Auto. On the 01st February 2015 my husband took the vehicle to the car wash to be washed and the paint on the front bumper peeled off. He then reported the matter telephonically to the Sales Consultant on the same day. On Monday the 02nd February 2015 when he took it back he was told that they will contact him to tell him when they will book it in but to date we are still waiting for the call.
