Juanita from the service reception, Brilliant! constantly keeping me informed on my car, made plans very quick and diligently for me to get a courtesy vehicle as i travel a lot for work. i absolutley love the way they keep their customers informed about what is happening to the vehicle, just puts me in a sound mind knowing that it is being taken of! thank you Vaalridge Auto BMW!</p>
