Pathetic service

To whom it may Concern,<br> <br> I have called through to The vaal triangle fire station on Thursday 08.10.2015 for technicians to come through and collect our fire extinguishers for refilling, the lady at the switch board said they would be at our premises on Friday. Friday comes and they still haven't arrived. its now Monday 12.10.2015. I have called through and the lady gave me the technicians number which I tried and could not get through. I called back and she said I said \should it be the customers duty to call their technicians to see why they haven't come'. she said maybe if I phone then the technician will do his job. this is so disappointing as this lady obviously hates her job so much they she tells the customers to find out where their technicians are
