REFUND

HI<br> <br> Please i need an urgent response to this matter, i have requested for a quote from Vaal Streams and the lady by the name of Yvonne assisted me, i paid for the quote a day later therefore i was informed that we could not occupy the place as someone paid before us who requested the same quote as me. I cancelled as i had no choice and requested for the refund urgently as i needed to have paid for another quote which i had to have paid. i waited from last Friday and been sending mails to Yvonne who seems to not respond and when i call her she acts so rude and careless/ she tells me she will get someone to call me which i find inconvenient. i need to have this Money by the end of Today. Thanks
