Vaal River Country Lodge

iIn December 2017 I enquired with Vaal River Country Lodge about getting a quote because I wanted to book with them for February. After filling their booking box on their website I waited for someone to get back to me and no one did. In January I then went on the website again and came across a number titled Laurel Owner and I thought to myself that she could help, so I called her and I was so shocked of the bad attitude she gave me on the phone and she’s the owner of this place and I am a potential client. She heard my story and said she will get back to me. But when I received a call it was not from her I was now speaking to Kim, Kim and I spoke and came to an agreement. She was to send me an email of my reservation conformation with banking details and everything, but I never received this email. The following day I go to the website again and get a number under Kim’s name and dialled. I was now speaking to some guy and not Kim, I spoke to the guy and he said that Kim was on leave and he will call her to get information about my reservation and call me back. I never received a call back from the guy till this day and it haa week now

I am really saddened by the service I got from this lodge and the attitude the owner gave me. I sent her a text yesterday to explain what happened and she didn’t bother replying to my text.
