Compensation Fund

Hi.I am writing here on behalf of My Brother in law his Name Zweliyagungqa Sinuka with I.D no ***.Employment number : AH 382108, Cell number ***.He was a worker at Vaal Reefs Mine they board him in 2010 reason was He was diagnosed with Typhoid because of their working conditions but they didn't give him his Compensation fund from 2010 until now it's been 10 years now.What would be the reason for that?
