Bad Business, Bad Experience

Bad service and lack of detail. My experience at Vaal Precision Covers. I ordered 2 Shotgun bags from Vaal Precision Covers tailer made to my specifications, the way I wanted them done and made. Got a piece of each colour from the owner Pierre, of the material I selected. I took it to get the Beretta logo and shotgun names embroidered. Took the embroidered pieces of material back to Vaal Precision covers where the owner Pierre stood by to take my order and the detail. We agreed and I left (22/03/2023). 1st enquiry 10day later (03/04/2023) no response, 2nd enquiry 15 days later (06/04/2023) - excuse “lot of work will finish next week. 3rd enquiry 26 day later (19/04/2023) excuse – “I am out of the office will finish it next week” (21/04/2023). I get a WhatsApp from the owner Pierre that the bags are made, I can come and collect 28 days in total. Price R1800-00. I EFT the money and my wife collects. At home I saw this was not what we agreed upon. I sent the owner a WhatsApp and stated the faults and I want my money paid back to me. His comment on WhatsApp ‘’Bring it back and he the owner Pierre will decide what he will refund me” Emblem and writing on both bags not in centre, ribbing the wrong colour. I specifically asked for the same blue as Beretta’s emblem. Then the owner threatens me “”You will be sorry if I get hold of you” What????. Next comment from the owner Pierre “You are full of ****, and I don’t need clients like you’’ Be aware of this company, Bad Business, Bad Experience will not recommend for business.
