Bad after sale service

No or very poor after sale service. They installed the curtains and we had problems from the start. We contacted them on several occasions to fix the curtains, but to no avail. Always had some excuse for the problems. Now, after 3 years of trying to solve the issues, they suddenly can fix it but I have to pay for the repairs. Please think very carefull before making use of them.
