wrongfully accused

I was walking out side the mall waiting for a friend, while I was waiting the control security guards approached me and told me she should not answer my phone, that I was needed in the control rooms, while was walking her phones rang , the guards shouted at me and told me, I should not answer that call till I arrives at the control room, the head of controllers said to me\ sister what do you have in your bag?"and I answered that it was perfumes. the head said the was someone who called them and told them I'm a shoplifter. and they interrogated me and they searched my bag and finding my personal papers and I was sacred for my life because they were only men. and worse they did not even say sorry after they found that I was not *****ing.
